Welcome to our company

I am a take charge, independent gal, so I searched for information for functioning at home after dominant shoulder rotator cuff surgery.

Information was minimal. I then spent a week or so before surgery doing everything with my other hand to see what I would need to prepare my home after surgery.  There was a LOT! I then decided to prepare a basic document for my doctor and physical therapist to distribute to other patients.

This blog was suggested by my “techie” husband , as recovery from my massive injury will take awhile.
